Our Favourite Healthy Spots In London To Eat

Deliciously Ella Deli

We are huge fans of Deliciously Ella and love making her recipes so her deli just off Bond Street is a must visit. The beautiful bowls of plant based goodness there remind us of retreat food and there’s so much choice. There’s hearty portions of her famous Thai vegetable curry, corn fritters, bean casserole, salads, smoothies and turmeric lattes. The menu changes up daily and there’s lots of cosy spots to choose from to enjoy your food.

26 Grains

26 Grains is the cutest little porridge cafe Neals Yard in the heart of Covent Garden. It’s such a special little spot and wow do they know how to do porridge. From toppings such as tahini, banana and cacao or blood orange curd and sesame brittle to choose from and beautifully presented too, you will not be disappointed. They also have a lunch menu and also serve wine. There philosophy is that food should be sourced at the highest quality, in season and paired with simple complimentary ingredients. We love their style and think you will too.

Farmacy

Farmacy is beautiful, from the food to the setting; it’s perfect for brunch and evening dinner and drinks and everything in between. Serving seasonal plant based food but in a way that would please your meat eating partner or parents. We love everything they embody and represent, their ingredients are either grown on the farm, or sourced from local, sustainable and environmentally conscious suppliers. Big thumbs up from us. Drool over the menu and book a table!

By CHLOE

You might have seen the hype around the launch of this trendy fast food vegan restaurant that has come over from the U.S. The title of this post saying “healthy spots” may be slightly misleading as this is still a fast food restaurant but it’s all plant based and doesn’t feel greasy or overindulgent. It’s casual, quick and you won’t believe it’s vegan. We’ve tried vegan fish fingers, sweet potato fries and taco salad bowl. The fish is tofu but somehow really does taste like fish! And the taco bowl is so delicious and filling. They now have 4 locations over London so be sure to pop in for a naughty but nice meal.

Malibu Kitchen

We love this spot for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and everything in between. It’s a California inspired relaxed restaurant based in The Ned. We love the marble tables and relaxed dining feel. It’s perfect for a post workout shake or a hearty breakfast. Also every Tuesday they have an amazing taco, dessert and Picante de la Case deal!
