Coming into the sixth month of the year, it’s time to let go of what has come before, take a bit of time to look inwards, reset and look forward to the six months that are to come.
This retreat Cat will be working through daily dynamic and restorative yoga practices, along with guided meditations, hiking and lots of time out in the water. The aim of this retreat is to not only restore your mind and body, but to have you leave feeling totally alive. We’ll be letting go of things that are not serving us through meditation and affirmation setting, and calling in new habits and feelings that we’d like to cultivate within.
As you know if you’ve been on a retreat with Cat or with Our Retreat before, food is extremely important! Our amazing chef will be cooking up a vegan feast for each meal, so we’re sufficiently nourished with all of the good stuff, fuelling us for a week of fun.
