Evening yoga class(s) will gently sooth your body and mind with long relaxing postures. This is your time to relax and allow all the hard work of your day to come back to you. The meditative style of class is designed to have you drift of to a peaceful sleep, and ready for the next day.
Pilates classes will be designed tone your muscles, focusing on key posture muscles. Movement of the body with the breath are designed to both increase strength and flexibility. Prepare to feel the burn- in the best possible way.
