Our winter retreats combine everything guests love about our yoga holidays with the chance to ski in one of France’s best mountain resorts. Enjoy incredible views from the slopes, your yoga mat and the hot tub and treat yourself to a week of restorative and revitalising exercise in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.

These retreats are ideal for both ski lovers and newbies to the sport, with the option to arrange tuition for the time we spend out on the slopes. The blend of days on the mountain with morning and evening yoga sessions means you start and end every day feeling refreshed instead of sore, and leave the retreat with a renewed perspective after seven days in the stunning French Alps.

Your Retreat Itinerary

 Our Ski and yoga retreat  takes place over six nights, and each day will look a little different. Below is an example itinerary of how we’ll spend our time together in Chamonix.

7am – Every morning of the retreat begins with a morning meditation session to focus our minds and set the right intention for the day. We then turn our attention to waking up the body with a fluid yoga flow or pilates class, warming up and engaging our muscles to prepare for the activities ahead.

8.15am – Our private chef will prepare a buffet-style breakfast filled with nutritious options that will fuel us for a day spent on the mountain.

9am – After getting ready, our guests will head to the slopes to spend a day skiing or snowboarding, either as a group, independently or with an instructor depending on their experience.

12pm – Lunch is provided every day for guests in a handy pack-lunch, meaning you can stay out in the incredible alpine scenery and really take the time to be present in the dramatic surroundings. 

1.30pm – Some guests can travel back up to travel back to the chalet, while others can stay on the mountain to make the most of ski time.

4pm – Second pick up for the avid skiers in the group 

Spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing as you wish, either in front of the fire or out in the hot tub. Some days, we might take a trip to a thermal spa or enjoy an apres ski together.

6pm – Before dinner, we’ll come together for a mobility stretch, restorative class or Yin yoga session to unwind and soothe our minds and bodies.

7.30pm – Dinner is served over two courses every evening. Each day there’ll be a different choice of activity before bed, including movie nights, guided meditation, or time to connect with other guests and enjoy the luxurious chalet accommodation.

Welcome to Chamonix

Chamonix is a popular resort nestled at the foot of Mont Blanc in France, offering incredible alpine scenery and a fantastic range of mountain landscapes to explore.

We’ll be staying in a luxury chalet only a short walk from the town centre, with 360-degree views of the beautiful slopes. The retreat is fully catered by a private chef, so all meals are taken care of from delicious cooked breakfasts and nutritious packed lunches to two-course dinners and wine pairings.

Sleeping up to twelve guests across seven bedrooms, the chalet includes a comfortable open-plan sitting and dining room, a hot tub and balconies with gorgeous alpine views. It’s a wonderful place to properly relax and take time for yourself, whilst also being a great opportunity to deepen your yoga practice and enjoy getting active outdoors.

OUR STUDIO

Our stunning new studio based at the bottom of the Chalet is fully equipped for your practice – with underfloor heating (to warm up those toes on a cold morning) and big door that opens out with the most epic view of Mont Blanc – there truly is nowhere else like it to lose yourself in the moment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We have collected some important information for you below to make travelling to our venues and as easy as possible. We are always at hand to help you with flight or train options and help you book your transfers.

ARRIVAL AIRPORT: Geneva Airport

TRANSFER TIME FROM AIRPORT: 1.5 hours

COST OF TRANSFER: Included in the price

AVERAGE NO OF GUESTS ON THE RETREAT: 11

ARRIVAL TIME AT GEVENA : Please land around 2pm on Sunday

DEPARTURE TIME FROM VILLA: 10 am on the following Saturday, please book your flight to depart around 2pm

Please email us before booking your flights to make sure we can accommodate your transfer to and from the airport

 

PAYMENT TERMS: We require a deposit of 30% to secure your booking with the remaining balance due 6 weeks piror to the retreat start date.

ALL OUR DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
