A Typical Schedule
From the stunning villa, world-class training, a private chef and more – it’s all included. Not to mention the priceless transformation your mind and body will experience after a week with us.
Here is a guide to our schedule during your 5 night retreat:
8:00 – 8.30am – Morning meditation and pranayama
8.30am – 10am – Morning Vinyasa Flow
10.30 – Delicious buffet style healthy breakfast packed with nutrition to fuel your body for the day ahead.
11.30 – Chill time to relax by the pool
1pm – Pilates class in our stunning studio over looking the ocean
2:00 – A delicious snack and fresh juices are prepared for you to fuel the rest of your afternoon
14:30 – 17.30 – Time to hike with us or relax in the villa with a soothing massage
18:00 – Back to the villa for a restorative class, breathe workshop or guided meditation.
19.30 – A delicious warm 3 course meal is served
21:00 – Chill out / Movie nights – these will differ each evening.
OUR RETREAT VILLA LE MARCHE, ITALY
Beautifully designed and newly renovated, both our villa’s is are set are set within this stunning estate which comes with over 8 acres of land. The estate is filled with manicured gardens overlooking its very own 400-tree olive grove. With uninterrupted views of the Adriatic coast and untouched Italian landscape, here you will enjoy the slow way of life. The hilltop retreat offers year-round exceptional luxury, 5* services with a thoroughly authentic and customised experience in the heart of Le Marche.
Just 10 minutes from the coast, our villa’s have been beautifully crafted to the highest of standards, with 10 king-size en-suite bedrooms, its own spa, 2 gym’s, 2 swimming pools, fire pit, BBQ area and over 1000 square metres of living space. This villa is the perfect destination for an exclusive escape
OUR STUDIO
It’s a tranquil, calming, flexible space that overlooks our very own olive grove and the sea. This year-round space has been purposely designed to benefit from both natural light, mood lighting and a connected sound system, so when the time has come to relax and restore after a long practice, you can create the most calming environment. We have all the necessary equipment, along with a water machine and facilities at your disposal. And make sure to enjoy the daily sunrise and sunset on our yoga deck, nestled between two olive trees.
