Emily a certified trainer, yoga instructor and health consultant has worked with her clients worldwide teaching them how to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle. Teaching the importance of mindfulness and mobility, Emily trains her clients to move their bodies to their optimum whilst keeping theirs minds clear and calm to achieve their happiest and healthiest self possible!
