Background
Roo specializes in calisthenics, gymnastics and functional movement. He uses a ranges of training methods to improve range of the body’s capability.
An avid kitesurfer with a love of the ocean and all the sports humans have created around it. Whilst working in London he trains clients to live a healthier, more active life with bodyweight exercise and movement. Calisthenics and parkour tore him from his bodybuilding ways in the gym and hasn’t looked back since.

Engaging in many activities the island has to offer will fill your day with fun and excitement. Sessions will be a mixture of both usual and unusual exercises opening new pages to your body’s movement manual.
Training style
Bodyweight hiit exercises, gymnastic strength holds, core/pilates, yoga, stretching/strengthening.
