Breakfast
Overnight Soaked muesli

Boiled or scrambled eggs, spinach, avocado, bread and spread

Lunch
Thai marinated grilled chicken, with Asian cabbage and mango salad and soba noodles

Roasted Fish of the day, with Venus rice, asparagus in white miso dressing and seaweed salad
