Our Favourite Hikes In Ibiza

Ibiza was the first location we hosted a retreat and we have been back every year. One of the main reasons we love it so much is because of the stunning hikes the island has to offer. It is one of the most beautiful islands covered in break taking nature and on retreat we make the most of it by getting out for a hike most days. Hiking is such an incredible way to move your body and is also a great for your mind as you take in the views and breathe the fresh ocean air. We thought we’d share some of our favourite hikes with you.
1. Es Vedra
Es Vedra is known as the magnet of Ibiza. Just of the south west coast of the island is this magical rock which is simply wow! It’s a place people go to watch the sunset and has the most peaceful serene feeling. We like to head to Es Vedra and then hike a little way up to Torre des Savinar which gives incredible views of Es Vedra and you feel like you are on top of the world.
2. Atlantis
This is a long steep hike but so worth it. The rock formations at the bottom and the views of the ocean are out of this world. The climb back up is a challenge but allows us to put our glutes into action. Es Vedra is situated just next door so this is a great hike to combine with heading there. 
3. The Moscarter Lighthouse
This beautiful spot in Portinatx is somewhere will also like to take guests. There’s a beautiful cliff top walk to reach the lighthouse and then a further 2 hour circular hike with views of es Formigues, the fishing nook of Es Port de Ses Caletes and Cala d’en Sera.
4. Ibiza Old Town
We also like to take our guests to the old town in Ibiza which is a spectacle itself. We sometimes even stop off for a cheeky ice cream. The walk around the old town is actually quite a workout and exploring Dalt Villa gives you a lovely insight into the varied history of the island.
